About this talk
In a world where organized criminal groups have been taking advantage of globalisation and built complex networks operating outside the boundaries of law, people around the world decided to join forces and fight networks with networks.
Who builds these networks? How do we measure their impact? What are the essential ingredients in building and strengthening networks that work for the public good?
This panel will discuss opportunities and challenges faced by well-established and emerging networks in their contribution to not only understand criminal networks, but also help reduce the harm they cause worldwide.
