About this Talk

This roundtable discussion aims to shed light on the underlying reasons for women's involvement in the drug economy and the different roles they play within it. It will also address the critical issue of designing gender-sensitive drug policies, with a strong focus on consistently recognising and addressing the different realities, interests and needs of women and men. It also seeks to address gender inequalities and bring them to the forefront of policy considerations.
