Master´s degree in Bioethics and Bachelor´s Degree in Education. Extensive experience in the implementation of drug policies with a focus on the related inequalities in acess to health and social protection rights for people who use drugs. UNODC HIV Programme Officer in Brazil for more than ten years. As Manager of the Prevention and Civil Society Organizations Partnerships Section at the HIV Department of the Brazilian Ministry of Health, prepared and submitted resolution 62/6 to 2019 CND meeting "Promoting measures to prevent transmission of HIV attributable to drug use among women and for women who are exposed to risk faxtors associated to drug use, including by improving access to post-exposure prophylaxis", available at: https://www.unodc.org/unodc/en/commissions/CND/Resolutions_Decisions/Resolutions-Decisions_2010-2019.html#a-2019.
