About this Speaker
Rossella Merlino is Head and Lecturer in Italian Studies at Bangor University (UK). She recently concluded a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellowship at the University of Messina, with a research project financed by the European Commission and aimed investigating the mafia phenomenon in the province of Messina ("MessCa" GA799865). Her research interests also are on the cultural and communicative dimension of mafia-type organised crime.
