About this talk
Organized crime has become a threat to peace, development, security and the rule of law around the world as shown by the Global Organized Crime Index. Despite the global and serious nature of this threat and a normative framework to deal with it, namely the UN Convention against Transnational Organized Crime, there is no strategy to prevent and address organized crime. Is it time for a global strategy? What could building blocks of such a strategy look like? And how could it be implemented? Join us to find out more and to express your view.
