About this Talk
Giovanni Falcone and Paolo Borsellino were murdered 30 years ago as part of Cosa Nostra's terrorist strategy against the State. This roundtable brings together speakers with different experiences and relationships with Falcone and Borsellino to reflect upon lessons learnt (or not) from their experiences, their contribution to the fight against organised crime and where the international community goes from here in terms of fighting organised crime.

Giulia has been a senior official of the International Department and member of the National Secretariat at Libera for 10 years. Since 2016 she is the Program coordinator of the European Desk and co-founder of the network CHANCE - Civil Hub Against orgaNised Crime in Europe. She also represents Libera in the Asset Recovery Offices Platform supported by Europol and European Commission.
