About this Talk

In this session, Annie Kok from University of Cape Town will present her paper on the nature and functioning of cash-in-transit (CIT) criminal networks by applying it to a South African case study. After this intervention, Elisa Bellotti will present her findings on the software package, ‘ScriptNet’, that facilitates a visual analysis of the organization of criminal enterprises. Dr. Sanjeev P. Sahni will deliver a presentation on the emerging trends in organised financial crime post pandemic era. The session will conclude with a presentation by Jana-Isabelle Dilger, who will speak about the indicators to spot if children or young adults are involved with County Lines in the UK and the vulnerabilities that put them at risk of being recruited.
