About this Talk
This panel will discuss the role of social media and payment as well as the delivery application in drug trafficking. They will then talk about the criminalization of new illicit drugs and the limitation of legality in European Criminal Law. Another explored topic is the critical examination of a bill proposing the decriminalization of drug possession in Romania. Finally, they will look at how drug use prevention policies can contribute to reducing organized crime.
