Dr. Phyllis Dininio is a comparative political scientist with over 25 years of experience in international development. She is currently a Senior Technical Director at Management Systems International (MSI) where she leads research, assessments, field projects, training, and proposal development on corruption, organized crime, violent extremism, fragility and democracy. She has published extensively on governance issues, including technical guidance for leading international donor organizations. Dr. Dininio has worked at the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Agency for International Development, and as a consultant to the World Bank and Scholar in Residence at the Transnational Crime and Corruption Center at American University.
