Dr Nerida Chazal

About this speaker

Dr Nerida Chazal is an Online Course Facilitator for the Bachelor of Criminal Justice and the Bachelor of Psychological Science and Sociology. She has responsibility for leading the development and delivery of online teaching for UniSA Online students. 

Nerida's research examines human trafficking, modern slavery and gender violence. She writes on victimology and international criminal justice. Nerida has previously lectured in Criminology and Sociology at Flinders University and the University of Adelaide and worked as a Senior Research and Evaluation Officer for the Office of Crime Statistics and Research, South Australia. She holds a PhD in Criminology and a Bachelor of Arts with first class honours in Criminal justice and Socio-Legal Studies.
