Ling XU, Director of TRAFFIC China, has been working on wildlife trade issue in China for more than 15 years. She has rich experience in cooperating with the public and private sectors to jointly combat illegal wildlife trade online in China, especially coordinating the work of Chinese members of the Coalition to End Wildlife Trafficking Online. Since 2012, her team have been conducting the monthly online monitoring of illegal trade trade in China-based online platforms of e-commerce and social media, and the monitoring results have been timely shared with both online platforms and law enforcement agencies to prevent and combat illegal wildlife trade online.
