Damon McCoy is an associate professor of Computer Science and Engineering at the New York University Tandon School of Engineering. His research focuses on empirically measuring the security and privacy of technology systems and their intersections with society. He received his Ph.D., MS, and BS in Computer Science from the University of Colorado, Boulder. McCoy is the recipient of an NSF CAREER award and former CRA/CCC Computer Innovation Fellow.
