About this Speaker
Anesa joined Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime as a Field Coordinator for Bosnia and Herzegovina. She holds a degree in Journalism / Bussiness Communication and master degree in Social Work at the Faculty of Political Sciences University of Sarajevo, and master degree in interreligious studies and peacebuilding. She worked as a journalist for 2 years, then in 2014 she founded center for social research Global Analitika in Sarajevo (BiH) where was in charge for project management and research. In 2017 by UN BiH she was awarded for contribution in reporting on vulnerable categories, unacommpanied children.
Her topics of interest are illicit financial flows, smuggling of migrants and trafficking in human beings, cyber security, organized crime and extremism.
