In fact, in this concern, within the International Law, the International Justice and the UN Global Goals for Sustainable Development, mainly the Goal 16 – Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions the Migration Governance connected with the International Organized Crime need to be analyzed to be understood and disseminated. As a global problem, the International Organized Crime is supported by different governments, as there is official rhetoric in different states / institutions promoting the manipulation of the Public Opinion, with the inherent negative reactions. Consequently, there are the most serious social behaviors against Migrants, what is contradictory supported by radical ideologies and manipulated published facts, promoting discrimination and aggressive behaviors. Worst is the impotent International Justice in preventing and act to judge the responsible persons, governments, and institutions, as the International Criminal Organizations continue growing in dimensions and in crime actions with the Migrations, unpunished.
Aiming to persecute the ambitious UN Global Goals, which responsibility is from/for all – international community, states and governments, societies – there are too much information and data controlled that need to be explained supported in facts related in official data from recognized international organizations. This research results are peremptory, these are phenomena impossible to eradicate but need to be effectively controlled avoiding the hardest consequences, as well as, more and more, there is an urgent need to disseminate education for all to be faced based in veracity and not in dangerous tampered data.
The definition of criminal organisation in law and in judicial practice, in particular in the practice of the Curia of Hungary
Andrea Noémi Toth
The Curia occupies a very special place in the Hungarian judicial system. Under the Fundamental Law of Hungary, the Curia is the supreme judicial body of Hungary and ensures the unity of the courts in the application of the law. At the same time, the other instruments provided by law to promote legal unity are also linked to the Curia, among which decisions of case law play a particularly important role, because they are binding on the courts. It is therefore important to follow the decisions of the Curia, especially in an important area such as organised crime, where the Hungarian Supreme Court has interpreted the concept of criminal organisation.
