The United Nations Organized Crime Convention (UNTOC), which celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2020, is the leading international instrument in the fight against organized crime and enjoys near-universal adherence, with 190 parties. This panel will explore the implementation of UNTOC from two perspectives: human rights and gender.
