Tanvi is an indigenous and land-rights researcher and filmmaker currently focusing on the intersection of environmental and indigenous resistance in India. She is also an advocacy expert on issues of land-grabbing and Free Prior and Informed Consent. Tanvi has experience cultivating a range of sources and developing sustainable relationships between local communities and national and international organizations based on which she has spearheaded an international campaign in support of Adivasi land rights in India. She holds a postgraduate in Investigative Journalism and an MA in Human Rights Law.
