About this speaker

Rose has conducted research on modern slavery and human trafficking, in collaboration with police, other criminal justice agencies and non-government organisations, for over ten years. Her work has made use of quantitative and qualitative data in order to focus on those held responsible for these offences, adding to the limited literature in this area. Her work is closely rooted in the relationship between policy and practice and the importance of developing practice-focused outputs, having worked for over ten years in criminal justice and the voluntary sector.
