About this speaker

Mădălina Lepşa-Rogoz is a Researcher at the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD), with almost 15 years of experience in conducting research in the field of migration policies. At ICMPD she has been involved in numerous comparative, collaborative and multidisciplinary projects in the area of migrant integration, migration data collection, return and fundamental rights of returnees, anti-trafficking policies, care work mobility and, more recently, on migration and security. Currently she is conducting research on relevance and potential of technology in addressing extreme exploitation and coordinates the overall involvement of ICMPD in several Horizon projects, including HEROES and FAiR. Mădălina holds a BA in Political Science from SNSPA Bucharest and a MA in Gender Studies from CEU in Budapest.
