Jimy Perumadan works at ICMPD's Research Unit as a Researcher and has 10 years experience in research projects on EU asylum policies, EU anti-trafficking policies, and the labor market integration of female refugees.
Jimy holds a master's degree in Human Rights & Democratisation from the European Inter-University Centre in Venice and Lund University, as well as a diploma in Social and Economic Sciences from the University of Vienna. She has specialized in human rights and migration issues (i.e. international refugee law, international anti-trafficking law, ECHR). Currently she is enrolled in the master programme for law, focusing on legal gender studies.
