Gabriel Rojas Salazar is a Doctoral student in the Public Administration and Policy program of the University at Albany. He was an Adjunct Professor of the Public Administration Department at Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas (CIDE) in Mexico City and a researcher at the Iniciativa de Transparencia, Anticorrupción y Digitalización of the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM). He holds a Master's in Public Administration and Policy from CIDE. His research focuses on corruption, anti-corruption policy, organizational analysis, the relationship between corruption and organized crime, informality, and governance failures.
