About this speaker
Since a child, I have loved to solve puzzles. When it came the time, I chose to study International Relations seeking to understand the interactions of actors that produce events that can change our history. I became passionate about International Security from a sociological perspective when I undertook the module International Approaches to (In)security at King's College London. After that, while I completed a MS in Politics and Government at the London School of Economics I kept exploring the impact of the security policy produced in developed countries in the societies of countries in development.
Since I came back to Mexico, I have been researching the role of technology in International Security and assessing risks in local contexts for different industries, including the energy and financial; the Academia and the public sector; and currently, the entertainment industry.
