Cosimo Sidoti

Cosimo Sidoti is a XXXVII cycle Ph.D. candidate of the International Ph.D. in Criminology programme at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology at the University of Sunderland in 2018 and a Master of Arts degree in Global Criminology at the University of Utrecht in 2020. He published his master’s dissertation on the meanings of crime in Italian trap culture with Lambert Academic Publishing. His Ph.D. research is a continuum of his previous work focusing on drug use and supply in trap culture in Italy. His key areas of interest are deviant youth subcultures, drugs, digital methods, cybercrimes and crimes of the powerful.
