I work as a Lecturer in the Department of Political Science at University of Calabar, Nigeria. I hold an MA in Terrorism, International Crime and Global Security from Coventry University, UK. And i'm currently a Doctoral Candidate in Defence and Strategic Studies at Nigerian Defence Academy, Kaduna - Nigeria. My areas of research interest include: Serious and Organised Crime (SOC), Terrorism and Counterterrorism, Intelligence, National/Human Security, Maritime Security, Security Governance and Defence Transformation, SALW Governance etcetera. I have published a number of articles in peer-reviewed journals on these themes.
