About this speaker
I am currently employed as a research analyst by the European Foundation for South Asian Studies, a think tank based in Amsterdam. I have an academic background in international law and conflict studies with degrees obtained from Tilburg and Utrecht University and practical experience in research and project work with the Myanmar office of the Hanns Seidel Foundation. My research focuses on insurgency and counter-insurgency policy, human rights in the context of the 'war on terror', terror and technology and the conflict-resource nexus.
